The basics

How does it work?
It's three simple steps: create your artwork on paper, upload a photo with your order, and we handle the embroidery and design. See the full walkthrough on our How It Works page.

What should my child's drawing look like?
For the best result: use a thicker marker (not a thin pen or pencil), keep it on a clean white background, and stick to three colors or fewer. Simple is best, imperfect is perfect.

Can I submit my own handwriting, not just my child's?
Absolutely. Any handwriting or drawing works — a child's name, a grandparent's note, a meaningful date, or your own lettering.

Will you change my artwork?
We keep the heart and character of the original. To give every piece a clean, modern look, our team may make small refinements — gently adjusting a color or simplifying a detail — but the authentic feel of the handwriting stays intact.

Ordering & customizing

How do I send you my artwork?
You'll upload a photo of it along with your order. A clear, well-lit photo taken straight-on works best.

Can I choose the color and size of my item?
Yes — color and size options (where applicable) are selected right on each product page before you add it to your cart.

What if I want white embrodiery thread? Use a dark page with white or silver writing. 

What items can I customize?
Our current lineup includes sweatshirts, hats, a carry-all tote, a cotton waffle throw, and leather phone cases — with more on the way.

Shipping & returns

How long does it take to ship?
Because each piece is made to order, please allow about two weeks for production and shipping.

What is your return policy?
Because every piece is personalized just for you, custom items are generally final sale. That said, it's so important to us that you cherish what you receive — if you ever have a concern, please reach out at info@littlesundayco.com and we'll make it right.

How should I care for my embroidered item?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and lay flat or tumble dry low to keep the embroidery looking its best.

Events, partnerships & bulk orders

Do you do events or brand partnerships?
Yes! If you'd love to give your guests or friends the chance to submit their own custom pieces to receive at a later date, email us at info@littlesundayco.com.
