Refund policy

At Little Sunday Co, every keepsake is custom made from your child's original handwriting and artwork. Because each item is personalized and made to order just for you, all sales are final.

All items are final sale. Our products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect details entered at checkout, or personal preference, so please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is made incorrectly on our part, we will gladly remake or refund it at no cost to you. Email us at info@littlesundayco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Order changes and cancellations. Because production begins soon after an order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations before production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@littlesundayco.com if you need to make a change.
